Bliss Belly Kitchen offers a yogic approach to cooking. Classes for kids, adults, teams, and schools.

Our classes offer locally-sourced, organic ingredients and teach the fundamentals of healthy Ayurvedic cooking and eating. We incorporate yoga, breathing and meditation into all of our cooking classes. Learn to connect to the source–from the farmers who brought us the produce, to the cook within all of us who enjoys feeding others, to the source of bliss within ourselves.

Hi, I’m Chef Neelam

Chef Neelam has been studying Ayurveda, meditation, yoga, and vegetarian cooking for over 20 years. Known internationally for her ability to make food that is healthy, light, delicious, nutritous, and satisfying, she is a sought after chef. In 2012, she realized her passion was to teach people about how to cook for themselves and Bliss Belly Kitchen was born!
